Returns for Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only. Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered unless an item arrives defective or damaged.
To be eligible for store credit:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the purchase price.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To process your request, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
